POLL: What short course would most interest YOU?

Our first-ever Short-Course @ UMass Boston (9/30-10/1o: Mentoring youth in the foster care system) was a big success. Based on your many suggestions, and the generosity of both BNY Mellon and UMass Boston, we are delighted to announce that this and all other Short Courses will be offered online. Continuing Education Units will be available for anyone interested in taking the course through our distance learning programs. We will announce the details soon.

We are also pleased to announce that the MENTOR/UMB Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring will be offering a series of expert Short Courses @ UMass Boston, with several new courses per year. We will invite the world’s experts on a wide range of topics and, with practitioner feedback, draw on the short courses to create a series of Standards for Evidence-Based Practice, focusing on various subgroups and issues. to do this, we need your input. What topics would YOU like to see covered in subsequent short courses? Please weigh in–we’d really appreciate it.
