As the year comes to a close, many programs are conducting mid-year or year-end evaluations. Analyzing this data, interpreting it accurately, and turning it into practical program improvements can be challenging and often overwhelming. If you’re looking for tips on how to evaluate outcomes in mentoring programs, examples of validated survey instruments, and suggestions from the experts, please join representatives from Oregon Mentors and Education Northwest for refresher on this important topic. We’ll also hear an excellent example from the field from Tom Drummond of College Dreams. This will not be a discussion on evaluation basics. During this 75-minute webinar, we will explore what makes evaluating mentoring services unique, how mentoring programs typically evaluate services, how to access validated tools, and words of wisdom from the experts.
