As the year comes to a close, many programs are conducting mid-year or year-end evaluations. Analyzing this data, interpreting it accurately, and turning it into practical program improvements can be challenging and often overwhelming. If you’re looking for tips on how to evaluate outcomes in mentoring programs, examples of validated survey instruments, and suggestions from the experts, please join representatives from Oregon Mentors and Education Northwest for refresher on this important topic.
