A school is a natural hub for connections between young people and adults, and therefore can be a good place to build mentoring relationships for students in your communities. In this webinar you will hear from MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership about school-integrated mentoring and explore how you can begin building a school-integrated program in your district. The panelists will be exploring their own learning after going through this process, and will be discussing how they leveraged relationships to make it happen.
The Collaborative Mentoring Webinar Series is funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention through the National Mentoring Resource Center and facilitated in partnership with MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership.
These webinars would not be possible without the planning team, which includes the following Mentoring Partnerships: California Mentoring Partnership, The Governor’s Prevention Partnership, Grizzlies Foundation, Illinois Mentoring Partnership, Indiana Mentoring Partnership, Institute for Youth Success, Kansas Mentors, and Mentor Colorado.
Through ongoing planning and evaluation of the latest developments in the field, this team delivers a webinar each month focused on strengthening mentoring practice, sharing new resources, and helping the field put research into practice. Mentoring practitioners interested in the Collaborative Mentoring Webinar Series are encouraged to visit The National Mentoring Resource Center, which is funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency and facilitated in partnership with MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership.
