Call for Proposals: Coach-Mentor Training Evaluation
The U.S. Soccer Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified evaluators to conduct an independent, mixed-methods evaluation of its Coach-Mentor Training (CMT) program. The evaluation will examine training effectiveness, coach-mentor outcomes, young people’s experiences with trained adults, and the Foundation’s national train-the-trainer model as the program scales toward training 100,000 coach-mentors by 2030.
This project offers an exciting opportunity for researchers and evaluators with expertise in youth development, mentoring, and participatory approaches to contribute to a rigorous, practice-relevant study with national impact.
