Although familial adult figures have influential roles in quality youth mentoring matches and their children’s futures, parents, guardians, & caregivers of color and those from working-class backgrounds are often excluded from mentoring programs.

This webinar highlights the detriments of devaluing marginalized parents & caregivers and discusses how this issue can be resolved.
