Registration Now Open! The 2026 Summer Institute on Youth Mentoring

It’s official! the 2026 Summer Institute on Youth Mentoring will be held at the University of Calgary this July. The Summer Institute is a special professional development experience bringing together researchers and mentoring professionals to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and learn from each other.

Registration is now open for this year’s theme, Shaping the Futures of Black Youth: Bridging Research and Practice in Culturally Responsive Mentorship. We are honored to host an incredible lineup of acclaimed researchers, including Dr. Beverly-Jean Daniel, Dr. Aisha N. Griffith, Dr. Kristian Jones, Dr. Bernadette Sánchez, Dr. Bukola Salami, Dr. Gbenga Adejare, Dr. Thomas Keller, and Dr. Véronique Church-Duplessis. Together, we will dive deep into culturally responsive frameworks, decolonization, and strategies to center Black youth voice and agency in youth mentoring.

Space is limited to 25 participants to ensure a high-impact experience for CEOs, Program Directors, and senior practitioners. Join us to learn about the latest research to guide evidence-based change within your organization.
